If your item arrives damaged or there’s a problem, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery. I’ll do my best to resolve it — whether that’s a replacement or a refund.

🎨 Custom Items (Wreaths, Bunting & Cards)

Because these pieces are made to order based on your chosen colours or patterns, I’m unable to offer refunds unless they arrive damaged. Please check details carefully before ordering — and feel free to contact me if you’re unsure about
